The complete title of this course is The Sky View Zone Edge: A Guide to Understanding Astrology was going to include the word simplified, because it is.
Then why didn't I include it in the actual title?  

It is simplified and yet it's a complete book on interpreting natal charts.
Teaching an art like astrology can be one of the most challenging projects around, due to the fact that astrology is not a science that is bound by absolutes.

Chart interpretation, or, delineation is the tricky part of learning astrology.
After the planet, signs and houses information is given, almost all astrology books fall flat when it comes to actual interpretation.

That is unless you're in the mood for an expensive course that will spill the beans for a hefty price. Although, I don't really have to remind you of this fact as many of you have already discovered this for yourself.

Most of these courses are heavy duty on the technical side too. It's enough to make you wonder why you ever thought about taking this up. Even though this guide is as light as possible on technicalities and complicated, confusing theories,  it's not overly-simplified. I've always been a "get to the point" kind of person and that is why this  course was written.
It's designed to allow you to be able to start accurately and painlessly interpreting charts as soon as possible. Then, if you want to take it the outer limits as far as theory and other technical  treats, you're sure to find plenty of resources that will fill the need. One can also find more than enough astrology cookbooks with prewritten paragraphs and then you may string them together into a report.

However, that is not real astrology and you'll soon discover the limitations of that route. If you are the least bit serious about studying this art, then at some point you'll want to move past that, especially as a novice. However, real astrology cannot be practiced by stringing together generic paragraphs. You must learn how to utilize astrology keywords.

Another huge plus is The Report Outline. This is a 25 page copy and print "booklet"
with fill in the blank spaces to enter the information for whatever chart you happen to be working on.
For beginners, this outline makes getting started a much more simple procedure. Included are spaces for the overview, theAscendant and aspects, all planet information and aspects including the north and south nodes of the Moon, as well as, house rulership connections for each planet. The following is an  abbreviated example taken from the outline:

Sun : (List keys for Sun)

The Sun is in the______________. (list keys for the house)

Statement: (Combine Sun and house keys)

This house corresponds to_________________in the natural zodiac.

This Sun also expresses an undertone of the above sign. Blend in keywords for the sign.

Synthesis:

If possible blend the Sun, sign, and house into one or more statements that might apply.

                                                         Sun Aspects

The Sun in___(sign)________  is_______(aspect type)_________

to_________  (planet)  __________in____ (sign)_________.

Statement:

The Sun in___ (sign)________  is______ (aspect type)  ____________

....and so on for all factors in a the chart you are working on.

There is even a complete sample report of a Report Outline already filled for you to refer to as you are getting familiar with it.

Note: Everything in the outline in bold print is not optional. Everything in regular print is somewhat optional and everything in italics is for those who wish to add even more depth to the interpretation. House rulership connections (not shown) would be in
italics. This allows you to take your interpretations to whatever level of depth you feel comfortable with.

If you've already delved into chart interpretation, then you can see what an extremely useful aid this Report Outline is, especially for new students. Used in conjunction with the Keyword Wizard, the job of complete chart interpretation has become a much more organized and simplified procedure. I am not telling you won't have to think and do some work. Astrology is a  fairly complex subject to learn....but not impossible. This book contains ideas and tools that I wish existed when I was in the beginning stages of learning  and I am offering these to you in the hopes that you will benefit from them on your own journey into the fascinating world of astrology.

Important chapters and favorite reference tables may be tabbed for quick and easy reference. The ring binder format allows for easy personal notes insertion and unlike a bound book, it lays flat making it easier to use. Many users simply keep a copy on their computer to refer to when necessary.
