Terms & Conditions 1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Customer/Buyer understands and agrees that this is a SERVICE CONTRACT they are purchasing whereby SkyViewZone undertakes to manually create for the Customer/buyer, a customized computer generated astrology report(s) based upon the personal information provided by the Customer/Buyer on the birth form and the Customer/Buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information that the Customer/Buyer has entered on the Birth Information form and submitted to SkyViewZone. Customer/Buyer must be at least 18 years old. Customer/Buyer will be given a second chance to view form entries and to make corrections before a final submit. If the Customer/Buyer must notify SkyViewzone that the final form submit contained erroneous birth information, then the order will be recalculated and sent again for a nominal fee. If the error is found to be on the part of SkyViewZone, then the reports will be recalculated and and sent again at no charge to the customer 2. Customer/Buyer understands that SkyViewZone in good faith sends the material to the e-mail which the customer has provided to SkyViewZone within 24 hours of a completed purchase. 3. It is the Customer/Buyer's responsibility to insure that their e-mail address is functional and working. Customer/Buyer understands and agrees that orders SkyViewZone has sent to the e-mail address provided to us on the payment form that have not bounced back to us as undeliverable, constitute final order fulfillment. It is the Customer/Buyer's responsibility to contact SkyViewZone using our contact e-mail form within 72 hours (3 days) after the initial 24 hours delivery time frame, to report non-receipt of an order. We will make one (1) additional attempt to deliver the order by e-mail. It is then up to the Customer/Buyer to contact their Internet Service Provider to find out why they cannot receive e-mail. 4.The Customer/buyer agrees to check any bulk or spam folders if the order is not found in the regular e-mail inbox and it is up to the Customer/buyer to be sure that e-mail from: skyviewzone.com is on their allowed e-mail list and has not been blocked in any way. 5. We make every effort to deliver all orders within 24 hours or less, but we cannot guarantee 24 hours delivery because unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control, such as weather related outages and other unpredictable incidents may delay delivery. 6. If pertinent birth information on the form submitted is incomplete, the order is canceled without notice. 7. For Customer/Buyer protection we cannot honor requests to send the order to an e-mail address that is different from the one entered on the receipt page. 8. The Customer/Buyer is responsible for the manner in which the information contained in reports is understood or used and understands that the price paid for these types of reports does not include additional questions, advice, readings, lessons, explanations and/or personal interpretations by the site owners and it is up to the buyer to use the material offered with discretion and common sense. The Customer/Buyer understands that SkyViewZone has made available a certified, licensed and experienced site astrologer for extended chart readings and questions, which the Customer/Buyer may, if they so desire, contact and pay for additional astrological services. 9. In case you order duplicate reports or report offers containing duplicate reports from our site, we will: * Cancel the first order and fulfill the second order when a duplicate purchase was made within 10 minutes of each other. * Duplicate orders placed more than 10 minutes apart will be treated as a separate request for new service, and will be fulfilled and billed accordingly. 10. Samples of our products are readily available and we are not responsible for similar or duplicate purchases made at another site. Ex:: If you order a report(s) from SkyViewzone and we have already fulfilled your order and sent it to you, we cannot exchange the report or cancel the sale because the Customer/buyer believes they have previously ordered the same report at another site. We are not responsible for differences in chart factors between any charts and reports the Customer/Buyer receives from our site and those obtained through another site because we have no control over the accuracy of the software used on another site or the techniques by which those were generated. SkyViewZone reserves the right to cancel/void any order for any reason before delivery and in that case the Customer/Buyer's card will not be charged. These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time. Changes normally reflect the most current wave of attempts at fraud and/or mischievous activity (which have increased as economic conditions continue to remain unstable) and will not negatively impact anyone who orders in good faith.
