As a distributor there are certain guidelines to which SkyViewZone must adhere according to the parent company's policies.
- SHIPPING POLICY
*All shipments are signature required.*
We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of all telephone orders with the authorizing bank.
For online orders we reserve the right to cancel the sale for the following reasons:
If the shipping and billing address do not match.
If we need to contact you for clarification about the order and are unable to do so within 48 hours, then the sale may be automatically canceled.
We reserve the right to cancel the sale without further notice if the order is not in line with the policy stated.
In that case, all funds are returned to the buyers account immediately.
Shipping & Returns: If the package has been shipped and is returned (unopened) to the originating company due to issues with the buyer not being able to receive it or if the buyer decides they do not want the software and returns it (unopened) or refuses delivery or pickup then the shipping costs are not refundable. There is also a returned item shipping charge equal to the original shipping charge.
- What if I am not home when FEDEX or Priority Mail arrives?
If you selected FedEx delivery and are not home when FedEx delivers, then FedEx will leave a delivery attempt notice
and a number to call to make special delivery arrangements.
FedEx is very cooperative about working with you to make arrangements for a more convenient time you will be home to sign for the package. For Priority Mail, the USPS will leave a notice of attempted delivery and you may pick the package up at your local Post Office.
- What should I do if my credit card billing address is a PO Box?
Please enter a valid and verifiable physical home address in the comments section provided at the end of the shopping cart.
- Software Refund Policy:
1. We will refund the purchase price (upon item return-contact us for an RMA # first) or replace software that is determined to be defective and cannot be remedied by support.
2. Software that is returned unopened with the disk seal unbroken is also eligible for a refund, less shipping charges both ways.
3. Software that has been opened and is not defective is not eligible for a refund.
In order to provide you with a smooth shopping experience, please read the policies below before placing an order. The software company has certain software copyright and user registration policies.Use the Comments Section at the end of the cart:
1. You are buying for someone else.
When you are purchasing the software for someone else who will be the actual end user/owner of the product, please enter the name, contact details and address.
This means that the recipient will be able get product support, order report options and upgrades later.
- Why?
If the software is not registered in the name of the actual user, then the person named will not be able to get product support, order report options and upgrades later for themselves.
When you order online and no other party is specified as the registered end user then, the software is automatically registered to the person who purchased the software and is not transferrable later.
In this case, enter the computer specifications for that person's computer initially when ordering begins.
The software is always shipped to purchasers shipping/billing address.

If a gift recipient decides that the product is not what they want, then the software must be returned to the parent company with the disk seal unbroken. (contact Anne Mogul for this information)
Once I get an approval from the company, a refund can then be issued to you if you were the actual purchaser of the software.
Under no circumstances can a refund be issued if the disk has been opened for a "test drive" by either party.
The following procedure is recommended for gift giving or other 2nd party purchases:
Have the individual look over the all the site information and contact me with any questions before breaking the seal on the software disk itself.
-Cancellations:
All transactions are subject to review by the merchant SkyViewZone, and we reserve the right to cancel any transaction for any reason, if we feel it is in our interest to do so. Cancelling an order means that we will void the entire authorized amount and all funds will be immediately released back to the customer's credit card.
