Astro*Carto*Graphy® Explained is based on the general, intuitive idea that people will experience different probabilities, fortune, and life options depending on where they live and that no one is exactly the same person in when they reside in different cities.
The technique is initiated by taking into consideration the planets' relationships to the places one is interested in learning about at the moment of your birth.
