Saturn - The Enforcer of Laws
Saturn gives form and solidity to structures and makes the physical manifestation of ideas possible. Without Saturn, one's dreams and visions would remain forever in the ethereal world of thought. Therefore, the Saturnian influence is necessary to turn dreams into reality. However those structures must play by certain physical laws governing the earthly plane.
Saturn is associated with the passsage of time, toil and labor. The energy of Saturn is one of "pulling in" and so restriction and compression are also a part of Saturn's realm.
