Effective April 28, 2008: Use of this site for making online purchases of personalized information at Sky View Zone constitutes an agreement that you are at least 18 years of age and that you will only utilize payment methods, credit cards and/or online checks for which you are legally authorized to do so. The buyer is responsible for the manner in which the information contained in reports is understood or used and it is up to the buyer to use the material offered with discretion and common sense.

In the case of a mistake in birth information by you or by skyviewzone: Please check carefully the stats you entered as a $4.95 charge will be added for corrections. If the error was on our part we'll correct it at no charge and you may access the corrected order at the same URL address we sent to your e-mail. Once we receive the payment for the correction, the new report may be accessed at the same URL address we sent to your e-mail within 24 hours.

Purchasing means that you are understand and agree that the report order will be delivered to you via your e-mail address which you provide to us and that e-mail contains a link to your report order placed online for printing, viewing or saving to your computer.

Once your order has been viewed, we'll leave it online for at least 2 weeks or longer, so that you have plenty of time to read, save or print it out.

Reports not viewed within 2 days are: 1. removed from online. 2. all funds are released back to your account.

Sky View Zone collects only birth statistics information necessary to process astrology reports and charts. Your e-mail address is kept confidential.

Orders are placed online via a private web page address--not skyviewzone-- and the pages are coded in such a way so that no one, other than the individual who has the correct link can find or read your report order. Links to the reports are only sent to the buyers e-mail as shown on the payment notice, except in case of order fulfillment disputes, in which case we are required by card merchants to show proof of order delivery. proof of order fulfillment.

24 hour delivery time frame applies with a working e-mail address, submittal of a completed birth form and completed payment. Retrieving and/or viewing your reports after the 24 hour time frame is entirely in the hands of the buyer and we cannot be held responsible for when you decide to retrieve your e-mail or view your reports.

Single Solar Return report orders may take up to 48 hours maximum.
All other report offers adhere to a 24 hour delivery time frame.

For US Eastern Time an order placed between: 9 AM to 5 PM your time
For US Central Time an order placed between: 8 AM to 4 PM your time
For US Mountain Time an order placed between : 7 AM to 3 PM your time
For US Pacific Time an order placed between : 6 AM to 2 PM your time
For evening orders placed after our regular business hours *or* for European, Asian and other world time zones, the orders are fulfilled quickly as a business priority the next day by USA Eastern Time.

Please allow up to 24 hours for orders placed on Friday after business hours, Saturday, Sunday or major Holidays.

E-mail Delivery: Personal online report order links are always sent to the same e-mail as the one entered on the payment page. This is to protect your privacy.

The highest success rate for delivery is your regular ISP e-mail, although, we will send to free based
e-mail programs such as Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. as there is definitely a place for those.

Free based e-mail programs and other regular ISP programs often divert e-mails to the SPAM filter folder or BULK mail folders, so please check there thoroughly for an e-mail from us. When Sky View Zone has not received an "undeliverable" notice due to nonfunctioning e-mail addresses, the e-mail from Sky View Zone Reports with the link to your reports order will be found in one of your e-mail program folders and it is a simple matter to divert them back to your regular inbox.

We will share this confirmation of order receipt and the link to your report online with your payment method provider, but only in case of delivery/receipt of order disputes as proof that the order was fulfilled and exists online as per the sales agreement according to the information provided.

Refunds: All Sales are Final. Due to the nature of the customized personal information you are purchasing we cannot not offer no questions asked refunds. Celebrity or other samples of products are readily available.

Disputes/Chargebacks: We take these seriously and we will actively refute chargebacks. We will provide the online URL to your report as proof of delivery for the credit card provider in case of order fulfillment disputes. Chargebacks do not eliminate a buyer's payment responsibility for work done by us and steps will be taken to collect the amount independently, including follow through with appropriate agencies for uncollected amounts.

Cancellations: For the following reasons, we reserve the right to cancel a sale. 1. The IP address does not resolve to the same IP as the country or other identifying card billing address. 2. Double form submissions with contradicting information.
3. Incomplete forms.
